The Program
From initiative to impact.
How it works
Accelerate brings together emerging leaders who are already creating online and helps them direct their gifts toward digital ministry.
The program combines coaching, practical experimentation, peer collaboration, and local church involvement. Participants develop their ideas, test them in their own contexts, and learn how digital ministry can create meaningful pathways to Scripture engagement, evangelism, and discipleship.
Who is Accelerate for?
Accelerate looks for emerging leaders who:
- Are generally 18–28 years old, subject to the requirements of each cohort.
- Are already creating online through art, music, video, writing, design, or other forms of digital content.
- Have a heart to reach their peers and the next generation with God’s Word.
- Understand the language, culture, and interests of the people they want to serve.
- Are creative, self-motivated, willing to learn, and ready to put ideas into practice.
- Are connected to a healthy local church and can receive a recommendation from a church leader or ministry partner.
- Can participate in the relevant cohort’s working language and schedule.
The Accelerate journey
Identify emerging leaders
Connect with leaders through ministry relationships, local churches, and trusted recommendations.
Clarify the vision
Help each leader understand their audience, identify ministry opportunities, and define the problem or need their initiative seeks to address.
Develop the idea
Work with leaders to shape their ideas into practical digital ministry approaches that reflect their audience and context.
Test and refine
Encourage experimentation, collaboration, feedback, and learning as leaders put their ideas into practice.
Strengthen and expand
Help leaders develop sustainable approaches, strengthen partnerships, and explore opportunities to increase their ministry’s reach and impact.
Our desired outcome
The goal is not simply to produce more digital content or increase follower counts.
We want to see emerging leaders grow in their capacity to serve, innovative ministry approaches take shape, and more young people encounter God’s Word and move toward discipleship.
